You can add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like. Our team will work with you to establish your list of priorities for the month and communicate openly with you to determine what deliverables we can deliver within the allocated hours.

We will work with you to confirm a list of priority deliverables for the month. Once a list of priorities have been agreed for the month, the team will provide you with a timing plan and give you a clear indication as to when you can expect concepts and final designs for each deliverable.

Once you have submitted your brief and we have established a timing plan, we will be transparent in how long it might take to deliver those larger requests. Larger deliverables, for example bespoke presentations or documents, may take up a larger portion of your allocated hours depending on the scale of the brief.

Most requests will be designed in Figma. From here, we can export and share your designs as a pdf, jpeg or png file. We also use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, especially if there are print deliverables to consider.

Absolutely fine. We will continue to revise the design until you are 100% satisfied. However, if this takes a considerable amount of time beyond the timings and amount of revisions we set for each deliverable, we will need to work together to consider removing lower priority deliverables from the list. Our goal is to become your trusted creative partner for the long haul so deliverables can always fall into the following month.

Yes we do. If you're satisfied with our services and would like to refer us to other businesses that would benefit from our support, we will apply a 5% discount to your package rate for up to three months.

Yes, we can help with smaller projects that don't align with our packages. We can work with you to determine a project cost or day rate associated to smaller projects. Simply share the vision of your project and we'll take it from there.
